wizlynx group is seeking a
high-judgment, well-organized, self-motivated and creative digital
communications professional to plan, create, optimize, implement and analyze all
social media efforts for the company. The social media manager and content
creator will produce engaging, informative and relevant technical content for our
social platforms.
As a Social Media and Content
Creator, you will develop the wizlynx group social media strategy and create
impactful social activities that lead to an improvement in brand recognition and
ultimately service growth. As an integral role, you will work with internal and
external stakeholders across all functions, to drive organic growth of the
brand.
Job Summary
and Mission
This
position contributes to the success of wizlynx group by performing the
following:
- Take ownership of the
wizlynx group accounts across all social platforms
- Develop and drive innovative
social strategy for all existing and new social channels, with a clear
understanding of wizlynx group principles
- Lead social media content
production process, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders where
necessary
- Drive the launch of
virtual events (CTFs, conferences, speaking events, contests, etc.), while
supporting company event owner in content, design and any other related
activities
- Monitor global team
likes/shares; Ensure compliance with management direction and targets
- Publish and monitor job
postings globally; Support global admins and HR global to ensure postings are
maintained and verified accordingly on all social media and websites
- Create social media
guidelines for all employees
- Periodic review of
country WLX websites to ensure content is current and maintained
- Ensure alignment between social
media content and website content (News Section)
- Review and identify
improvements for Marketing material refresh
- Support multiple time-zones
during critical company events
Ideal
Experience and Education
- 2-4 Years social media and publishing, marketing or editorial work
experience
- University
or similar desirable
Desired/Required
Skills and Abilities
- Creativity: Ability to craft engaging
content
- Technology: Skills in using social media
platforms and in using tools that analyze social media platforms are required; Basic
knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) is desirable. General
understanding of IT and cyber security are highly recommended
- Research: Ability to stay ahead of
cyber security and social media trends, identifying new social media tools and
finding real-time online conversations are necessary for this position; Must
have an understanding of the trends and techniques of social media as well as
the company’s online presence to effectively handle social media marketing
