As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a major liaison role with our customers and work closely with our business development and technical teams, having a main mission of planning and scheduling security assessment engagements.

You will be working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple customers, engagements, and tasks at the same time. Your performance will be a key factor to meet client satisfaction, while ensuring our high-quality service.

 

JOB SUMMARY AND MISSION

This position contributes to the success of wizlynx group by performing the following:

  • Manage and coordinate planning, execution, reporting, and follow-up activities
  • Coordinate resource assignments during engagement planning, based on customer enquiries
  • Own and develop executive client relationships, as well as work day-to-day with clients and other stakeholders
  • Negotiate the best conditions with the customer in terms of restrictions and desired project starting dates to ensure both an optimized planning schedule and customer satisfaction
  • Gather all the necessary documentation/information from customers and ensure sign off before/after project start and end; Follow-up with clients when necessary
  • Track progress and completion of projects, coordinating with billing team to ensure payments are collected
  • Follow-up with client after project deliverables have been completed to ensure client satisfaction
  • Record minutes for key meetings within the Engagement Team and/or customers
  • Interact with key company leaders to promote wizlynx group; Actively promote and participate in wizlynx group social media

 

IDEAL EXPERIENCE

  • 2-5 years IT work experience
  • Experience in the proactive delivery of managed support services within Network Operations, ITIL and Service Management environment
  • Experience within IT Project Management and past experience of service delivery

 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

  • Fluent technical English (speech and writing)
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English

  • Act as link between our customers and stakeholders for requests during project delivery
  • Actively respond to requests within defined KPI
  • Write all related documentation / update data in online tools (Changes, Validation docs, systems proposals/recommendation, etc.)
  • Execute change management activities using defined processes and protocols
  • Interaction with execution teams in other global locations
  • Update the pipeline report weekly; coordinate with the wizlynx group
  • Leadership team to ensure the required capacity is available to fulfill new business
