A
key member of the regional engagement team, the Cyber Security Engagement
Manager is responsible for client liaison, supporting our business development
and technical teams, and coordinating the Cyber Security Engagement
Coordinators to successfully deliver security assessments.
Working
in a dynamic environment, you will be comfortable supporting multiple clients,
engagements, and tasks that are assigned to you and the regional coordinators.
Competent in planning, execution, and tracking of security assessments, you
will take ownership of complex or large engagements.
Your
performance will be a key factor in ensuring client satisfaction and
maintaining our high-quality service.

SUMMARY AND MISSION
The
Cyber Security Engagement Manager position contributes directly to the success
of wizlynx Group. In summary, the mission to be performed in accordance with
internal SOPs and guidelines will include the following:
Communication:
- Own assigned
engagements as the Single Point of Contact for the client.
- Develop
relationships with client executives and other stakeholders.
- Ensure
proactive, timely, and open communication between the client and internal teams.
- Single
Point of Contact and initial escalation point for regional Cyber Security Engagement
Coordinators.
- Ensure
the client and internal management are provided with regular status updates for
assigned and regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators engagements.
- Across
regional engagements, ensure issues are visible and raised early to avoid or
mitigate risk by facilitating a faster resolution.
- Interact
with key company leaders to promote wizlynx group; actively promote and
participate in wizlynx group social media.
Coordination/Management:
- Manage
the assignment of engagements to the regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators.
- Coordinate
the regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators to ensure SOPs are followed.
- Onboarding
of new Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators.
- Monitor (KPIs)
regional Cyber Security Engagement Coordinators and provide feedback to
management. Audit engagement documentation for the region to ensure adherence
to SOPs and guidelines.
- Consolidate
learnings, best practice, and promote improvements in collaboration with other
regions.
For assigned engagements:
- Coordinate
planning activities to ensure an efficient and risk-averse schedule. Including
negotiating optimal conditions (restrictions and desired starting dates) with
the client and internal resource assignment based upon client requirements.
- Coordinate
the request, timely delivery, and validation of prerequisite documentation and information
from the client and/or internal teams.
- Manage
the tracking, reporting, and follow-up activities throughout the execution.
- Manage
the planning, execution (lead the meeting), and follow-up actions for the client
kick-off meeting when the engagement requires.
- Post
engagement follow-up with the client to ensure satisfaction.
Administration:
- Audit and
apply corrective actions to engagement documentation for the region.
- Maintain
Issues & Risk register for regional engagements.
For assigned engagements:
- Timely updates
to internal systems to facilitate the tracking and reporting of the engagement.
- Ensure
control/milestone documents are completed, validated, signed, and distributed.
- Maintain
overall project documentation library.
- Document
(and distribute) key meetings within the engagement team and/or client.
- Issue
formal status reports and updates.
- Track
progress and completion of engagements, coordinating with the billing team to
ensure timely payment collection.
IDEAL
EXPERIENCE
- 1-3
years IT work experience.
- Experience
in the proactive delivery of managed support services within Network
Operations, ITIL and Service Management environment.
- Experience
within IT Project Management and service delivery.
- Comfortable
working within an international multi-cultural environment.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
- Fluent
technical English and Cantonese (speaking and writing).
- Ability
to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing in English and
Cantonese.

- Act
as link between our client and stakeholders for requests during project delivery.
- Actively
respond to requests within the defined KPI.
- Write/update
required documentation and update data in online tools (e.g., changes, validation
documentation, systems proposals, recommendations, etc.)
- Execute
change management activities using defined processes and protocols.
- Interaction
with execution teams across global locations.
- Update
the pipeline report weekly; coordinate with the wizlynx group leadership team
to ensure the required capacity is available to fulfill new business.
