About the Job 

Located in Binningen, Switzerland, wizlynx group is a leading provider of cyber security services, serving a broad spectrum of international and local clients. We seek a strong Business Development candidate who thrives on new challenges, with a “can do” attitude and respects a global business environment. 

This position contributes to the success of wizlynx group by effectively generating revenue via selling wizlynx group Switzerland products and services portfolio to new customers. Additionally, the position includes managing local partners and vendors to support the sales and business development process. 


Job Summary and Mission 

This position contributes to the success of wizlynx group by performing the following: 

Identify potential leads and customers 

  • Generate sales and sales pipeline regularly 
  • Obtain valuable information and intelligence on potential customers AND decision makers 
  • Produce offers within company policy guidelines 
  • Prepare accordingly for any sales calls (in person or virtual) 
  • Maintain and continuously increase knowledge of the marketplace  
  • Maintain and continuously increase knowledge of Cyber Security trends and technologies; strive to be a Cyber Security “know-how” in the community 
  • Conduct day-to-day reports of sales activities 
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed 
  • Integrate strategies and recommendations into other active marketing channels such as Email marketing and social media 
  • Meet all sales targets, as well as others as assigned 


Ideal Experience and Education 

  • Degree in information technology or business-related field or equivalent professional experience 

  • 2+ years of experience in sales function; with 1+ years of familiarity of Cyber Security industry 
  • Proven track record of constantly achieving sales targets successfully 
  • Hands on working experience in foreign-owned company or companies 
  • Team player with good communication skills 
  • Good problem solving and reasoning skills 


Language Skills 

  • Mandatory German language; Must be proficient in German (speech and writing) 
  • Fluent in English (speech and writing); French optional 
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
